From estate sale, wooden base of old pull toy is painted green with brown stained bottom and wheels. This particular base held a wooden mechanical rooster (photo 5 shows actual toy rooster). There is a partial piece on the green base that is painted to illustrate the rooster's feet. The wheels turn freely.
